  I had an appointment booked at a different shop to have my winter tires put on. When I got there, they told me they were 3-4 hours behind schedule. I couldn't sit there and wait so I called cp rim and tire. They squeezed me in for later that day. I dropped off my car and went back about an hour later to pick it up. They apologized profusely as it had not been done yet. They asked if I could leave it with them for a bit longer but promised they would have it done by the end of the night. I didn't have a problem with this because I was going to be in town for a little while longer. I got a call 45 minutes later and they said it was done. I went in to pay and again he was apologizing profusely for the delay and insisted on giving me a discount. The customer service here is excellent. Even though I live in kanata I will be coming back here!
